Virgin Media Business sent out an RFP seeking a partner to help them radically change almost every part of their dated image and marketing strategy which had them lagging behind other telecommunications providers.
We made the decision to stop thinking like their competitors, and start thinking like the kind of resource CIOs found valuable. Resources like Wired and Tech Crunch.
This decision informed a new tone of voice and brand aesthetic. Bold editorial style design met thought-provoking ideas in copy that repositioned Virgin as the company that creates 'opportunity from technology' for their customers.
We helped them roll out a completely new brand with a bold and disruptive point of view. Everything from the redesign of their e-commerce site to the product packaging was informed by this new positioning that was not usually seen from a broadband and telecommunications company.
